El Mehdi Rahouti holds a Master of Engineering in information technologies from Telecom Paristech and an Engineering Diploma in telecommunication from ESIEE, Paris. He has more than 12 years of experience in corporate strategy and transformation, acquired both in France and in Morocco. He has steered several company restructuring operations and supervised the implementation of various development strategies within groups engaged in sundry business activities. He has previously run the Strategy and Operational Excellence Division within an investment holding that is active in several areas (real estate, automotive, and agriculture). He thereafter joined AL HOCEINIA Holding as a Deputy General Manager in charge of all real estate activities (3 commercial brands present in 7 cities).
