Saad Bennani

Holder of a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance and a DESS in International Finance from Paris Dauphine University, France, Saad Bennani has enhanced his professional experience as (i) a banker: by following through the merger of two renowned banks, actively participating in the creation of a new bank, or again, by steering the transformation of the African subsidiaries of a leading banking institution in Europe; as (ii) a strategy consultant: by advising various private and public national and international organizations on projects with major impact, such as the implementation of mandatory health insurance; and, finally (iii) as a director of different companies whose common denominator is a strong African dimension. With this rich track record, Saad Bennani joined the Group for the purpose of assuming responsibility of African business activities. He is presently serving the Group from Dakar.
